- The theatre box office is open between 12pm & curtain from Tuesday to Saturday, on Sundays 12pm to 5pm, and on Mondays 12pm to 5.30pm.

- Tickets left at the box office for collection may be picked up on the day, during the hour before the performance starts. Please take the credit card and Ticketmaster Booking Reference Number as proof of purchase.

- Children
- Younger guests are welcome, however children under the age of 4 (including babes in arms) will not be admitted into the theatre. Children need to occupy their own seat at all times through the performance. All persons aged 15 or under must be accompanied by an adult (18+) and may not sit on their own within the auditorium. All persons entering the theatre, regardless of age, must have a valid ticket.
