- Collecting tickets
- Tickets left at the box office for collection may be picked up on the day, during the hour before the performance starts. Please take the credit card used to make the booking and the Ticketmaster booking reference number as proof of purchase.
- Parking
- National car park at St.Martins Lane. Street parking very difficult. Strongly advise public transport.
- House rules
- No video cameras or recording devices.
- Children
- Babies and toddlers are not generally admitted into the theatre. Children must be able to sit, unaided, in their own seat and be attentive to the performance so as not to distract other paying members of the audience. For all productions at Nimax Theatres, children aged 14 and below must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over and sat in seats next to each other. This information applies to all Really Useful Theatres.
