- By Phone: Mon to Sat, 10am 'til 2pm In Person: Mon to Sat 11am 'til 4pm On performance evenings desk remains open after 5pm. Closed Sundays and Bank Holidays, except where there is an event; opens two hours before the start of a performance.
- Collecting tickets
- Collect from the box office on the day of the event from 18:00. Take the credit card used to make the booking and Ticketmaster reference number with you. The cardholder will be required to sign for the tickets. No letters of authorisation will be accepted. If you have any queries regarding box office collections, please contact our customer services department.

- American Express, Mastercard, Visa, cheques with guarantee card, debit cards, Diners, cash.
- Parking
- The most convenient parking facilities for Symphony Hall are at Q-Park Brindleyplace.
