Accessibility

Accessible tickets for wheelchair users and ambulant persons can be purchased through Ticketmaster. Simply click on "Buy General Admission Accessible Tickets" and select the tickets needed. Wheelchair users will be designated space in the wheelchair accessible platform. Or Ambulant persons will not be designated to "accessible area" or seating, but if required can contact access@hfents.com to arrange. On the night of the show, accessible ticket holders should not join the General Admission queue for entry. Instead, they should proceed directly to the front door and present their tickets to any steward on duty. Ambulant persons may use the main stairway if desired, but there is also an alternative doorway designated for wheelchair users. You can pre-request entry via this door and receive directions by emailing access@hfents.com. Venue stewards are more than happy to assist with any special requirements.

Accessible seating is limited to 8 tickets per order for this event — a separate, lower cap than the general limit.
