- Opening hours
- The hours for the Athletic Ticket Office are: Monday though Friday - 9AM to 5PM The Concourse Box Office opens 1 1/2 hour before scheduled event
- Collecting tickets
- Customers can pick up their tickets 90 minutes prior to the event at the Will Call Window. They must have picture ID.
- Accepted payment
- The Box Office accepts cash only on the night of the event, no phone orders through the box office except for football and basketball tickets.
- Parking
- Parking is available in the garages off Martin Luther King for varying fees. If you have any questions concerning parking, please contact the Athletic ticket office.
- House rules
- Cameras are permitted, but NO FLASH! Recording devices are permitted but they must be checked in at the Customer Service Window on the East concourse of the Shoemaker Center.
- Children
- A child in arms may sit on a parents lap for free.
